THE APARTMENT

Our luxury apartment is on the ground floor of the Terrcaos da Baia complex 600m from the beach.  Ideally located to walk to the town and many bars and restaurants and famous fine sandy beach.  This apartment sleeps 2/4 people and is ideal for a family.

The complex is served by a heated swimming pool (Easter to End October) and childrens play area.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover days. Minimum 7 nights stay during peak periods. Arrival time after 4pm departure time by 10am. Apartment will be cleaned before your use but if you require additional housekeeping during the week please ask and this will be an extra charge.  Double bedroom with built in wardrobes - Two single beds - hairdryer provided.  All linen/towels provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Travel cot and highchair available to hire - please enquire at time of booking.

Lounge - One double sofa bed . Lounge also has table and chairs for four, two seater sofa, large trunk/coffee table,  tv and dvd player.

Fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. 

Marble bathroom - wc, bath with luxury shower over, bidet and basin - All towels provided except beach towels - bring your own

The apartment also boasts air conditioning, integrated sound system and electric shutters.
